These calico critters are so cute. We also purchased the kitchen set. Living room and nursery. I sometimes find myself wanting to play with it too! My daughter adores it and it keeps her away from the TV!

This Calico Critters set is very cute. The little baby carriage is quite durable, the wheels turn as they are supposed to. It even has a little fabric insert edged with lace to separate where each little baby creature sits. Drawback: as with all Calico Critters, any fluff sticks onto the flocking, which is particularly noticeable in this set since the bunnies are all white. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to de-fluff the flocking? I replaced this set after a while because the bunnies' fur didn't look "pretty" anymore (per my 4-yr. old). And it was a painless replacement, since the item is now half-priced and with Amazon Prime there is no shipping cost. P.S. Real Good Toys has a line of heirloom-quality, pre-built, painted and ready to play 1/2 scale wood dollhouses which have a ceiling height perfect for 3" characters. They are beautiful and reasonably priced and much better quality than the Calico Critters' own townhouse, which is plastic. They fit Calico Critters perfectly and are of heirloom quality...search for Real Good Toys 1/2 scale Farmhouse in pink or 1/2 scale Colonial see the company's website at (insert the company's name).com I wish Amazon would carry Real Good Toys' finished dollhouses...

Adorable characters, seems sturdy for doll house items. Pricey stuff, Calico Critters but the kiddies sure love it!
